Casa Grande Office Permanent Change of Hours:

The office in Casa Grande will only be open on Friday from 7AM to 1PM. The afternoon hours will no longer be available.

Wyatt Office:

• No shots on Monday, January 4th, 2021
• No shots on Tuesday, January 5th, 2021
  
• No shots on Friday, January 8th, 2021

Oracle (Northwest) Office:

• No shots on Wednesday, January 6th, 2021
• No shots on Thursday, January 7th, 2021

Casa Grande Office:
